In addition to its extremely high electrical insulation, acid-base corrosion resistance, elasticity, toughness and sliding, heat and sound insulation, low coefficient of thermal expansion and other properties, it is also the first to introduce the characteristics of the second sheet, such as smooth surface, large diameter thickness ratio, regular shape, strong adhesion and so on. In industry, it is mainly used as insulating material for electrical equipment and electrical equipment by its insulation and heat resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, compression resistance and peeling resistance; Secondly, it is used to manufacture furnace windows and mechanical parts of steam boilers and smelting furnaces. Common models in various fields: Mica 16-60 mesh, mainly used in welding electrode and other industries; Mesh 60-325 is mainly used for mica ceramics, which has high insulation strength and high dielectric strength. It does not carbonize and burst under strong arc, and can be used for a long time at a high temperature of 350 ℃. It has no water absorption and small coefficient of thermal expansion; 200-1250 mesh is used as paint admixture, which can reflect light and heat, reduce the damage of ultraviolet and other light and heat to the paint film, increase the acid and alkali resistance and electrical insulation of the coating, improve the frost resistance, toughness and compactness of the coating, and reduce the air permeability of the coating. Paint for demoulding when pouring metal, coating for casting lost foam and electroplating bath, filler in cosmetics, additive in antifreeze and sunscreen, admixture in sealing paint ash, suspension agent of dry powder fire extinguishing agent, etc; After 325-1250 mesh mica powder is added into engineering plastics PVC, PP and ABS, its thermal deformation temperature is almost doubled, various mechanical properties are not significantly reduced, and the impact strength is slightly improved; Adding 20% mica powder to nylon 66 not only slightly reduces the mechanical properties, but also significantly changes the appearance of the product and enhances the warpage resistance. In the rubber backing plate, the insulation performance of the product can be significantly improved. In plastic film, it can improve the expansion resistance, elongation, right angle tear strength and other indexes of the film to meet and exceed the standard.
